Dramint1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the conditions for using the Dramint mobile application and www.dramintapp.com (together, the “Services”), operated by Dramint (“Dramint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
When these Terms take effect, using the Services means that you agree to them. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how information is handled.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where applicable law permits that arrangement. You must also meet the age and content restrictions shown in the applicable app-store listing and within the Services.
The minimum age and intended launch audience will be specified before the public release. The current preview is not offered as a service for children.
3. Content & permitted use
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use Dramint for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Ownership of the app, trademarks, artwork, videos, and other content remains with Dramint or the relevant rights holders.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly broadcast, or commercially exploit content without permission or a legal right to do so. Do not bypass content access controls or remove rights notices. Nothing here limits uses expressly permitted by law.
The available catalog, episode access, and languages may vary by location and release. Illustrative artwork on this website does not guarantee that a particular title will be available in the app.
4. Responsible use
Please use the Services lawfully and without interfering with other people or the Services. In particular, do not:
- Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the app or its service providers.
- Use bots, modified clients, or falsified activity to manipulate viewing records, episode access, or virtual rewards.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us or submit information you are not authorized to share.
5. Virtual rewards — no real payments
Dramint does not make real cash payments. Points, displayed balances, and withdrawal records are virtual or simulated. They are not money, deposits, wages, or a claim to payment, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred for value.
Where available, viewing tasks and check-ins may award points under the rules displayed in the app. Any displayed conversion rate, currency symbol, withdrawal amount, or completion status belongs to the simulated experience and does not create a financial obligation.
The current preview stores these records on your device. Preview records will not automatically become payable balances in any future version. Do not provide payment credentials or banking details for a simulated withdrawal.
If rewarded advertisements are introduced, the app will explain the applicable unlock or virtual reward before you choose to watch. Availability may vary, and an interrupted or uncompleted advertisement may not qualify. No advertising interaction will entitle you to a real cash payment.
6. Your data & progress
The current preview saves favorites, playback position, viewing history, unlocked episodes, settings, and virtual reward records on your device. It does not provide an account-based cloud backup or cross-device restoration.
Clearing application data, uninstalling, losing your device, or device failure may cause loss of this local progress. Device or operating-system backup behavior may also affect whether data is restored.
Some information is transmitted to content providers when you browse or play dramas. Local progress storage does not mean that the app operates without network data processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Third-party services
Dramint uses HuntShorts for drama discovery and playback services. Advertising, attribution, analytics, and referral services are also planned. The service-provider section distinguishes the current integration from services planned for a later release.
Third-party destinations may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability is outside our direct control. A link or integration does not give you permission to use third-party content beyond its applicable license, and it does not remove our obligations under applicable law.
8. Availability & access
We may maintain, update, or change the Services, including catalog availability and preview features. Playback can be affected by your internet connection, device compatibility, regional availability, and content rights.
Where reasonably necessary, we may limit or suspend access to address a material breach, security issue, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Services. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable and required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Your statutory rights & liability
The preview is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or the continued availability of a particular title or preview feature.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your mandatory consumer rights and remedies under applicable law remain in effect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The published document will show its effective date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice before they take effect where required by law; we will request consent where the law requires it.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using the Services. Changes will not remove rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
11. Applicable law
Applicable mandatory laws, including consumer protections and rights to bring claims in a competent court, continue to apply. These Terms do not select an exclusive governing jurisdiction, impose arbitration, or waive any statutory rights.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
