1. Who we are & what this policy covers
Dramint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Dramint mobile application and www.dramintapp.com. This policy explains information handling for those Services. It does not replace the privacy notices of independent third-party websites you choose to visit.
The app’s current preview includes online drama discovery and playback, with progress and virtual reward records stored locally. There are no real cash payouts. Agreeing to the Terms does not by itself provide consent for optional tracking or advertising.
2. Information we handle
- Information saved on your device
- Language preference, favorites, viewing history, episode position, unlocked episodes, viewing-task progress, check-ins, virtual points, simulated balances, and simulated withdrawal records. If you enter an email in a simulated withdrawal form, it is stored in that local record; the current flow does not send it to a payment provider or initiate a payment.
- Installation & device information
- The HuntShorts integration creates a random installation identifier and sends it with content requests. It also sends device model, brand, manufacturer, device name, operating-system version, language, and app package information. Network recipients receive the IP address needed to deliver their response. The installation identifier is not an email address or a login account.
- Content requests & viewing activity
- HuntShorts receives search terms, category filters, requested drama or episode identifiers, favorite/unfavorite actions, and viewing actions. Playback reports include playback start, progress milestones and completion, position, timestamps, and generated session and event identifiers. Video and image delivery providers also receive the requests needed to stream or display that content.
- Information you choose to send
- When you contact us, correspondence may include your email address, message, and any diagnostic details you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, bank details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
The current app does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location. Planned SDK integrations may involve additional information, as described below; their actual collection must be disclosed before activation.
3. Purposes & legal bases
Information is used to deliver the catalog and videos you request, remember your place and preferences, operate virtual reward features, authenticate content access, and understand playback operation. Support information is used to respond to the request you send.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to provide a requested service may rely on contractual necessity. Limited processing for service reliability, security, and misuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests after considering your rights. Legal obligations may require certain records to be retained or disclosed.
Optional advertising, attribution, analytics, or device tracking will require consent where applicable law requires it. Consent must be obtained before the relevant processing and can be withdrawn. The final release will explain the choices and legal bases that apply to each enabled service.
4. Content services & planned SDKs
The list below separates the current content integration from the SDKs planned for release. Listing a planned service does not mean it is already collecting information in the current preview.
- HuntShorts — current content integration
- Provides catalog search, drama metadata, playback access, and playback/interaction reporting. It receives the installation, device, request, and activity information described in Section 2. Its exact legal entity, applicable privacy notice, hosting locations, and retention commitments must be included in the release disclosures.
- HyperBid — planned advertising mediation
- Intended to load and manage advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on the enabled networks and permissions, advertising may involve device identifiers, IP address, device/app information, and ad impression or interaction events. The enabled advertising partners, actual data fields, applicable policies, and consent controls are pending confirmation.
- AppsFlyer (AF) — planned attribution
- Intended to measure how people discover and install Dramint and the performance of campaigns. Depending on configuration and consent, this may involve installation and advertising identifiers, device/app information, IP address, referral information, and selected app events. The actual event list, partner sharing, and privacy settings must be confirmed before release. See the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics for Firebase — planned usage analytics
- Intended to understand app usage and improve the experience. Depending on configuration and consent, this may involve app-instance identifiers, device/app information, sessions, screen views, selected usage events, and advertising identifiers where enabled and permitted. The final configuration will specify event collection, advertising features, retention, and consent controls. This disclosure does not include Firebase Crashlytics or other unselected Firebase modules. See Firebase privacy and security information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Install Referrer — planned install-source measurement
- Intended to read install referral information supplied by Google Play, such as a referral string, referral-click and install timestamps, and the app version at first installation. This is an install-source API, not a user invitation or cash-reward program. Whether these fields are forwarded to AppsFlyer or another enabled service will be specified with the final integration. See Google Play Install Referrer documentation and Google’s Privacy Policy.
The current website does not embed these SDKs. Advertising networks and independent service providers may have their own privacy obligations. Their official notices and the configured integration details will accompany the final disclosure.
5. Website, cookies & similar technologies
These website pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising SDKs, contact forms, cookies, or browser-storage features. Fonts and artwork are served with the website rather than requested from external font or media services.
Once hosted, the hosting or security provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider and any server-side log retention will be identified before launch. External links take you to sites with their own information practices.
7. Retention & international transfers
Local progress remains in app storage until it is removed, overwritten in the ordinary course of use, or cleared with app data. Uninstalling may remove it; operating-system backups may affect restoration. The current preview has no Dramint account-based cloud recovery.
Clearing local data does not automatically delete information already received by a content provider. The retention of content-access records, viewing reports, support correspondence, and any future SDK data must be defined with the relevant providers. This policy does not claim that server data is immediately erased or anonymous.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Processing locations, applicable transfer mechanisms, and safeguards will be specified for the final providers and launch regions before public release.
8. Your choices & privacy rights
- Local data: You can remove favorites in the app. To remove all local app records, use your device’s app-storage controls or uninstall the app. This may permanently remove local progress and virtual rewards.
- Online playback: Browsing and playing online dramas requires the associated network requests. You can stop those requests by stopping use of the app; playback cannot work without contacting its providers.
- Advertising & tracking: Where applicable, device advertising controls and in-app consent choices will govern enabled advertising and analytics. Resetting a device advertising ID does not necessarily reset the separate installation identifier described above.
- Legal rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses. You may also complain to your data-protection authority and exercise applicable appeal rights.
Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including identity verification only where necessary. We will not require unrelated sensitive information. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
To submit a privacy rights request, see Privacy contact. Deleting data from your device alone is not a request to delete server-held records.
9. Children’s privacy
The current preview is not offered as a children’s service. The minimum age, intended audience, and any required parental-consent measures for the public release will be confirmed before launch and reflected in this policy and the app-store listing.
If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us using the email address below so we can investigate and address that information as required by law. No assertion about verified user ages is made in this policy.
10. Security
The current app uses HTTPS for its content-service requests and stores local progress in application storage. Access controls and provider configuration must be maintained to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Local data is not represented as an encrypted financial ledger, and the simulated balance is not a financial asset. Keep your device secure and avoid sharing sensitive information through support messages.
11. Updates to this policy
We will update this policy when the Services or information practices change. The final public policy will include an effective date. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate notices, and consent will be requested where required before new processing begins.
